Helping Australians upgrade their homes and businesses
Creditex helps Australians access energy-efficient technologies, government incentives and trusted installers, making it simpler and more affordable to upgrade your home or business.
We’ve spent more than 20 years building expertise in energy programs, and four years ago we launched Creditex to bring that knowledge directly to homeowners. Australian owned and operated, we’re one of the country’s most trusted names in energy efficiency.
ABOUT US
Our mission
To make upgrading your home simpler, more affordable and open to every Australian, not just those who know where to look.
Our vision
A future where every Australian home is comfortable, efficient and cheaper to run, and getting there didn’t feel like hard work.
Our values
Progress, integrity, partnership and outcomes for people. We move things forward, and measure success in real benefits for homes and businesses.
We connect you to the right programs
There are more government energy incentives available to Australian households and businesses than most people realise. We know every program, who qualifies and how to access them, so you never miss out.
Work with the government
Creditex works directly with government energy programs to help households access upgrades and savings.
Manage the process
With deep expertise in how these schemes work, we navigate the process so nothing gets missed and falls through the cracks.
Connect trusted installers
Every installer we send is accredited, and someone we’d send to our own home. You’ll know who’s coming before they arrive.
Find the savings
We help you understand what incentives are available, and connect you with upgrades that deliver real, lasting savings on your bills.
HOW WE HELP
ENERGY TECHNOLOGY
Energy upgrades for everyone
From heating and cooling to solar and batteries, we work with the government to help you access the latest energy-efficient technology for your home and business.
Air Conditioning
One system, year-round comfort. Reverse-cycle is one of the most efficient ways to heat and cool your home.
Hot Water Systems
Heat pumps use a fraction of the energy of a traditional electric system, making them one of the biggest bill-savers in the home.
Solar Panels
Put the Australian sun to work. Generate your own power and reduce what you draw from the grid.
Home Batteries
Store the energy your solar generates and use it in the evenings, overnight or when the grid goes down.
EV Chargers
Plug in at home overnight and start every day with a full charge, often for far less than filling up at the pump.
Induction Cooktops
Fast, precise and easy to clean. All the control of gas, without the gas or the indoor air quality concerns.
Insulation & Draught Proofing
Keep warmth in during winter and heat out in summer. Simple, effective and often overlooked.
Comfort in Every Season
Air conditioning, efficient hot water, and proper insulation mean year-round comfort in every room.
Smarter Energy, Lower Bills
Heat pumps, solar panels, and energy-efficient appliances can cut your bills.
Power a Cleaner Future
Every upgrade helps reduce your carbon footprint, supporting a cleaner and more sustainable Australia.
